Clinical Implementation

Value Proposition

MBI scans detect more cancers than mammography in dense breasts. However, lowering the dose and acquisition time is critical for wider acceptance in the medical community.

Narrative(s)

Patient presents for a routine scan. Patient given a low dose MBI, with AI enhancement. The AI works to enhance the resolution of the image despite the lower dose and acquisition time than a traditional MBI. This allows the radiologist a more effective view about findings in the breast.

Workflow Description

Imaging is performed using low-dose, reduced acquisition time MBI. AI engine operates in the background to improve the quality of the image to that comparable of a traditional MBI.
